Regardless of the subject, the first attempt is always challenging and difficult, and making satisfying results is not easy. It's no different when it comes to selecting a BWTS maker. The main concern when facing new challenges is the uncertainty that arises at each stage, which can be overwhelming. Through these new contracts, the customer can reduce their financial burden in terms of the retrofit process, including engineering work and 3D scanning work. It also benefits Panasia by reducing drawing approval and figuring out the system specification process, as they have reference details on each mother vessel project.

By having the initial mother vessel's reference, the vessel on board survey can be scanned as the first vessel of a class to save time and process, and then apply the design to the sister vessels in the same registered class. All parties involved in these contracts should verify that the sisters are indeed true sisters by using the actual drawings. 

It is highly recommended that all vessel drawings necessary for the verification process maintain accurate records of required changes from the initial ship design after construction. It is not based on any party's willpower to decide if they can be in the sister vessel group or not without physical evidence.

In my experience, sister vessels should be exactly the same, but typically, unless radical modifications have been made, many of the issues seen on the first vessel can be avoided on future installations.
