PANASIA signed MOU contracts for Energy Solution

 Busan, Korea based Solution Provider company Panasia Co., ltd. made MOU contracts for future net-zero projects with several major company in Korea.

 Changes to a Carbon-neutral society, the world is setting their decarbonization target that put them on a pathway to reaching net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. 

In order to achieve the goal, it is necessary to keep up with changes. Because of that, many companies are trying to collaborate with other companies that has other strength. The product for Panasia, famous for its environmental facilities, can be an option for companies that set their goals.

 Panasia has been working hard on technology development for a long time in the shipbuilding business, and has been recognized for its technical skills in new business. 

And below is a detailed description of MOU contract.

Samchully ES 

 Samchully ES is energy and environment solution company that covers engineering, purchase, construction and operation.

In January 2022, cooperation began to proceed with the hydrogen reforming project using biogas. It is an eco-friendly energy business that reforms and refines generated biogas during the treatment of various organic wastes such as food waste, sewage sludge, and uses produced hydrogen in this process for power generation and hydrogen filling stations.

 Vinssen

Vinssen is a company specializing in the production of eco-friendly small ships and propulsion system. 

For the fuel cell propulsion system, Panasia and Vinssen signed and MOU in September 2022.

The cooperation has made for develop Vinssen’s fuel cell module to system, the both companies are going to add Panasia’s ammonia cracking system to make hydrogen fuel cell power system for large ships. The system will be constructed using ammonia, which has higher energy density than liquid hydrogen.

 Such cooperation will affect into the shipbuilding industry where eco-friendly ships are promising.

 Hanhwa (Hanhwa corporation/E&C)

 In December 2022, Panasia and Hanhwa made a MOU contract for hydrogen reforming project using biogas.

Based on Hanhwa’s ability to successfully complete constructions such as large-scale, complex project and chemical plants, A new business was begun through the production of hydrogen using biogas. And detailed project plan will be set near future.

Panasia, which has various success experiences as solution provider, will forward to another success in new business. And through the cooperation with these companies makes Panasia more competitive in Carbon-neutral society and makes Greener world in the future.
