In Retrofit, you must have the technological
capabilities that you need to cover all processes,
from material supply to engineering, and to construction.
Also, of the engineering, installation, materials, and
installation processes, you get to choose only those
that require Retrofit.

When multiple companies are involved in a retrofitting process,
there may be obstacles to smooth flow of work, and it may not be
easy to identify the person responsible if a problem occurs.

PANASIA’s Retrofit Team has undertaken numerous projects and
completed all work flawlessly without delays or additional costs.

Project Management

- Supervisors can be dispatched according to the contract conditions.
The construction schedule is planned in reverse from the installation (drydocking) date, establishing detailed timelines based on each group’s lead time.
During this process, a dedicated PANASIA on-site PM is deployed to monitor progress, coordinate detailed schedules, and provide regular updates to the customer.
With this system, customers no longer need to contact multiple vendors individually—every schedule can be coordinated seamlessly through the PANASIA PM,
enabling a smooth and efficient retrofit execution.

Supervision

    Management & Coordination

    Inspection for missing, damaged,
    or incorrect equipment and materials
    prior to installation.

  • Step 3 - Construction Supervision

    Supervision of equipment installation,
    including all piping and valve
    components. Supervision of electrical
    installation and equipment
    interface integration.

  • Step 4 - Coordination with Other
    Equipment Makers

    Collaboration with other equipment
    makers to adjust required
    programming and verify
    proper alarm functionality.

- Supervisors can be dispatched according to the contract conditions.
The supervisor oversees and verifies that all construction work is carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, monitors
overall progress, and manages the schedule to ensure completion before the vessel’s departure. The supervisor also inspects all delivered
materials for damage or defects and reports any items that require replenishment in advance, preventing unexpected issues—such a
material damage or shortages—from affecting the overall project timeline. In addition, the supervisor collaborates on-site with engineers from
other equipment makers whose systems interface with the installed equipment, ensuring smooth and reliable INTERFACE integration.
