We are delighted that local staffs in Japan Corp. and commissioning team at the headquarter in Korea succeeded in commissioning for BWTS remotely in an impossible situation to enter Japan due to COVID-19.

There was little difficulty in collaborating remotely for commissioning for the first time, but thanks to the efforts of the local staffs in Japan and the commissioning team at the headquarter, we were able to complete the inspection safely and training for the crew.

If service engineer cannot reached due to immigration restriction by COVID-19, we will receive vessel's long term schedule from ship management company, and then arrange the engineer to the port where engineer can embark. In addition, we can provide commissioning with our local manpower and detailed trouble shooting data to the vessel to treat the claim by crews.
